the staff and owners were incredibly kind and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. When my charger didn't fit the wall socket, they immediately provided me with one that did. the room was beautifully furnished and very comfortable, with all the amenities as advertised - tea and coffee facilities and reliable wifi. The location was also convenient, with a tram stop nearby for easy access to the city center.

The young man at the reception was incredibly friendly and helpful, spoke perfect English, and was available every night to answer our questions. The room was very clean and modern, with a cleverly designed layout. We were able to walk to the Old Town and city center each day, but public transportation options were also nearby. There was a petrol station next door for basic items and a small supermarket a few minutes away for groceries.
Felt like part of the family, no reason to complain.
